Founders Form Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms supplement the Founders Form Terms of Use and apply to recurring Founders Form subscriptions purchased through Stripe Checkout.

1. Subscription authorization

By accepting these terms in Stripe Checkout, you authorize Founders Form to charge the payment method saved with Stripe for the recurring price, currency, and billing interval shown in Checkout until the subscription is canceled.

2. Seven-day Starter trial

If Checkout shows a seven-day free trial, no subscription fee is due during the trial. Unless canceled before the exact trial-end time shown in Checkout and the confirmation record, the trial automatically converts to the paid Starter subscription at the recurring price and billing interval shown in Checkout.

3. Trial-ending reminder

Founders Form sends a reminder before a paid trial converts. The reminder identifies the company and subscription, the expected charge amount and date, the billing interval, and how to cancel.

4. Cancellation

Cancel through Founders Form → Profile → Subscription → Billing → Manage. Stripe's customer portal records the cancellation request and its effective date. A cancellation scheduled for the end of a paid billing period stops future renewals but does not erase charges already incurred. A trial must be canceled before its trial-end time to avoid conversion to the paid subscription.

5. Price changes and promotions

The operative price is the price displayed and accepted in Checkout. A valid promotion may reduce the amount charged without changing these terms. Any future price change applies only after notice and as permitted by law.

6. Records and support

Founders Form retains the completed Checkout consent, the operative policy version and hash, billing lifecycle events, reminder delivery events, and relevant account activity. Billing questions may be sent to support@foundersform.ai.
